CAIRO (AFP) — Egyptian police have arrested a seven-year-old boy working under the alias of "Little Devil" for selling hashish in the Suez Canal city of Ismailiya, a security official told AFP on Saturday.
The boy was arrested on Thursday in possession of two kilos (4.4 pounds) of hashish, the official said.
"He was working for a drug dealer," the official said. "He said someone had told him to sell the drugs. The child's nickname was 'Little Devil'."
The Egyptian Gazette newspaper said that the boy would probably be punished with an official caution.
