Tom Cruise's son, Connor, to make big screen debut
LOS ANGELES (AFP) — The son of Hollywood superstar exes Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, 13-year-old Connor Cruise, will make his big screen debut in the Will Smith film "Seven Pounds," People magazine reported online Tuesday.
Connor Cruise, who is African-American, will play Will Smith's character as a teenager, the magazine said.
People noted that "even with such famous acting mentors in his corner, Connor had to audition for the part."
Tom Cruise and Will Smith are friends.
